Construction supervision (consultancy and site management) for investment projects at Barracks 2749 Mangalia, comprising 15 objects. Object 1: Site development including systematization, leveling and compaction of the terrain, landscaping and planting of vegetation, construction of driveways, pedestrian paths and site access, demolition of 25 out of 31 existing buildings. Buildings to be demolished include: garages/barracks 870 and 2749, sheds, access points, improvised structures, hydrocarbon separators, car ramps, various pavilions (T, S, C3, V5, Pl, Ml, SI, S2, X, K, U3), improvised structures for various purposes (depots, central PSI post, obstacle course), and a fuel tank with petroleum residues. Object 2: Construction of a new control pavilion. Object 3: Construction of a new pavilion comprising a mess hall, infirmary, accommodation, and sports hall. Object 4: Construction of a shed for military equipment (1). Object 5: Construction of a shed for military equipment (2). Object 6: Construction of a self-service car wash. Object 7: Construction of a fuel station. Object 8: Renovation of barracks fencing and perimeter lighting. Object 9: Construction of roads and platforms. Object 10: Construction of a parking lot for private vehicles on the north side of the unit. Object 11: Utility connections. Object 12: Electric generators. Object 13: Outdoor lighting. Object 14: Water management. Object 15: Wastewater treatment plant.
