Supervision services (consultancy and site management) for the construction of an aircraft maintenance hangar at Barracks 888 Mihail Kogalniceanu. The investment includes the following objects: demolition of a pavilion and hangar, construction of a new helicopter maintenance hangar, demolition of the concrete platform in front of the hangar and the trafficable aviation drainage channel, construction of a concrete platform in front of the hangar and a trafficable aviation drainage channel, utility networks and connections for the hangar, and a generator set. The services comprise the preparation of the investment realization program, organization, coordination, and control of program execution, organization and control of site management activities, execution of site management services, verification of necessary financial resources, verification of contractual clauses with contractors and suppliers, contract management, organization and execution of final acceptance of works, preparation of the technical building book, organization and monitoring of the investment's behavior during the warranty period, and organization and execution of final acceptance.
