Consulting for Digitalization of Basic Infrastructure and Travel Expenses

Consulting and support services on call from a framework agreement: for travel expense management, document management system (DMS), and digital signature (eSignature). The scope of services includes analysis and validation of the digitalization concept, in-depth requirements analysis, process optimization, market analysis and exploration, evaluation of available solutions, development of a procurement strategy, support for service description for software procurement, accompaniment of the procurement process for software procurement, technical accompaniment of implementation including project steering and quality assurance, and accompaniment of the training and stabilization phase. Estimated value: 920 person-days over the entire contract period; maximum quantity: 1,100 person-days; minimum purchase: none, with the exception of the inventory of travel expense management, which will be commissioned upon contract award.
