Leadership for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) project for Stadtwerke Bielefeld: The service period is expected to start in December 2026 and extends until mid-2029. A scope of 250 person-days is planned for the IAM project leadership. The project aims to introduce a central IAM service for managing digital identities and role-based assignment of permissions to applications and systems, including establishing an IAM governance structure and implementing a technical IAM solution. Core tasks include project leadership in collaboration with the IP department, setting milestones and work packages, managing all project participants (especially the IAM specialist consultancy), managing internal and external stakeholders (IT department, CISO, ISOs of Stadtwerke Bielefeld and subsidiary organizations), organizing and conducting the steering committee and regular communication formats, and preparing status reports with risk identification and escalation needs. The framework agreement does not establish a minimum purchase obligation; specified quantities serve solely for determining the contract value and tender evaluation, without entitlement to actual commissioning.
