IT Services for SAP Utilities and EDM
Services to support the Utilities Applications (IV) department in the operation and further development of the SAP S/4HANA landscape (Utilities) and SAP EDM: A framework agreement for the service period from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, without an extension option. Services include application support to ensure stable and secure operations, timely implementation of regulatory and market requirements including format changes, further development of the system landscape, flexible scaling of capacities to relieve internal teams, and knowledge transfer and documentation to reduce single points of failure. Ordering is based on a demand-dependent call-off contingent with a projected volume of approximately 800 person-days per calendar year, expected to be approximately 2,400 person-days over the entire contract term. The maximum call-off volume for the entire contract term is limited to 2,500 person-days. The stated quantities are non-binding estimates. Project and contract language is German.
