Procurement of Special Lubricants

Procurement of special lubricants: Framework purchase agreement for various units (pieces, kg, liters) with a planned total quantity of 5,523.50 ME over 12 months. The contracting authority commits to ordering 70% of the total amount specified in the framework agreement. Detailed product lists and technical requirements are included in the tender documents; technical parameters may change during the negotiation procedure. For equivalent products offered, technical data sheets or equivalent documents must be submitted. Safety data sheets in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/878 and Hungarian Law 2000. XXV. are required. The manufacturer of the offered products must have a valid quality management system according to ISO 9001 or an equivalent standard; proof of the QM system or an inspection report from an accredited testing institution (not older than one year) must be submitted. Negotiations on prices and technical parameters are foreseen, with certain contractual terms (legal provisions, obligations from the service contract with BKK Zrt., payment terms, invoice content, confidentiality, data protection, contract duration) being non-negotiable. A declaration regarding compliance with the restrictions under EU Regulation 833/2014 Article 5k Paragraph 1 must be provided. further items as per the tender documents.
