Supply of SAFT Battery Spare Parts for AM Metro Cars: Procurement under a framework purchase agreement, estimated total quantity 362 pieces over 24 months. Detailed parts are listed in the price table and must match the specified type or manufacturer ID, with equivalent or better functionality, design, technical parameters, and reliability compared to currently used parts. Equivalent offers are acceptable. Quantities in the price table are based on 12 months of past experience and are for bid evaluation; actual quantities ordered may differ. The delivery deadline is a maximum of 90 calendar days, with delivery according to schedule and order quantities. The contracting authority commits to ordering 70% of the total amount specified in the framework agreement. Bidders must provide a declaration on transparency according to Hungarian Act CXCVI of 2011 § 3 (1) and a declaration regarding the applicability of restrictive measures under EU Council Regulation 833/2014/EU (Article 5k Paragraph 1).
