Maintenance of air conditioning systems for the Metro

Maintenance, repair, and if necessary, installation of cooling, air conditioning, and heat pump equipment in the metro area, under a framework agreement. Estimated total quantities over 36 months: 52,632 occasions, 2,970 hours, 135 units, 1,140 linear meters. As of the tender publication date, 1,558 devices are subject to maintenance/repair. The warranty is at least 12 months for maintenance and new installations, plus manufacturer's extended warranty. 24-hour availability for fault reporting (phone and email) must be ensured. Orders are placed exclusively via email. Maintenance and repair activities for technological air conditioning equipment cannot be subcontracted. Compliance with relevant standards, occupational safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations is required. Transparency requirements according to Act No. CXCVI of 2011, § 3 (1) apply.
