Procurement of Winter Protective Drinks and Tea Flavorings

Delivery of teas: filter tea, instant tea, and similar products. The estimated total value of contracts to be concluded in this category is net 120,000,000 HUF. The establishment of the DBR does not imply a full call-off or utilization obligation for the contracting authority regarding this total value. The exact number of products to be procured cannot be precisely determined in advance at this stage of the procedure due to the nature of use. The estimated quantity includes approximately 100,704 boxes and 36,792 pieces of two product types. The actual procurement quantity may differ from this estimate. Detailed quantities, technical parameters, and contractual terms will be defined in the tendering phase. The maximum estimated value for individual framework agreements in this category is net 20,000,000 HUF. Partial bids are possible depending on specific needs. The DBR procedure is conducted electronically via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EKR), with all communication occurring electronically. Any economic operator meeting the suitability criteria can join the DBR throughout its entire duration. All eligible participants will be invited to submit bids.
