Disposal of illegally abandoned waste for MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt.

Disposal of illegally abandoned waste: Collection, sorting, cutting to transportable size if necessary, and handover for (pre-)treatment of illegally abandoned waste on open railway tracks and/or next to them, and on properties managed by MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. Quantities of waste to be disposed of cannot be specified. Waste types include: 02 01 03 waste plant tissue, 17 06 05 construction material containing asbestos, 17 09 03 other construction and demolition waste containing hazardous substances (including mixed waste), 17 09 04 mixed construction and demolition waste (other than 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03), 20 03 99 municipal waste not otherwise specified, 16 01 03 waste tires. For waste tires (code 16 01 03), collection by a concession company or its subcontractor is only possible if the tires were placed on the market in Hungary, the EPR fee was paid, and they became waste in Hungary. For illegally abandoned waste tires, the client obtains a statement from the concession company before transport to confirm whether the waste of code 16 01 03 meets the specified conditions and can thus be disposed of via a contractual partner.
