Environmental status assessments and remediation services: Conclusion of a framework contract with two partial bidding options and an obligation to draw down up to 70% of the framework amount. Services include: Manual excavation, backfilling of the excavation pit with excavated material and mechanical compaction (50 units); Sampling with manual sampler (5 units); Soil sampling by mechanical drilling, without protective casing (5 units); Groundwater sampling from secured boreholes (25 units); Soil and groundwater sampling by mechanical drilling, with 50-63 mm temporary casing, without protective casing (50 units); Additional cost for protective casing during the establishment of sampling boreholes (15 units); Sealing of wells (ø ≤ 125 mm) (50 units); Cleaning pumping, compression, maintenance, desilting of wells, regardless of diameter, bottom depth ≤ 8 meters (50 units); Installation of protruding protective wellheads (regardless of diameter, around a casing pipe of max. 160 mm diameter), locking with padlock (25 units); Installation of wellheads in garden tap houses (regardless of diameter, around a casing pipe of max. 160 mm diameter), making them lockable (25 units); Determination of EOV coordinates (X, Y, Z) with cm accuracy (50 units); Planning of single-well, multi-well infiltration and pumping tests, planning and evaluation of laboratory and field tests for biological and chemical tests (10 units); Execution of single-well, multi-well infiltration and pumping tests (billing based on field technician hours) (17 units); Excavation, transport, and handover of contaminated soil to waste management (Waste Code 17 05 03*) (325 units); Backfilling with clean material (soil, bedding material) including material costs and required compaction (300 units); Mobilization fee for heavy machinery (525 units); Drilling plan (8 units); Final documentation for fact-finding (3 units); Intervention plan documentation (2 units); Remediation monitoring plan documentation (3 units); Remediation monitoring report (2 units); Remediation monitoring final documentation (3 units); Water rights permitting plan documentation for remediation systems (2 units); Water rights permitting plan documentation for the establishment/decommissioning of monitoring wells (3 units); Water rights operational plan documentation for monitoring wells (2 units); Engineer daily rate (10 units); Technician daily rate (10 units); Laboratory analyses: Total aliphatic hydrocarbons (TPH - GC) C5-C40 (16 units), Benzene and alkylbenzenes (BTEX) (16 units), Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) (16 units), TPH, BTEX, PAH (81 units), General water chemical parameters (25 units), Phenols (8 units), Methane (8 units).
