Support services for SAP ECC (modules AM, CO, FI, mini HR, IM/PS, JT, MMB, MMK, NWFM, PM, PP, QM, RCM, RE-FX, SD, TR-CM, VIM, VZ, WM), SAP SRM, SAP BW 4/HANA (BI – Data Warehouse), SAP BPC, and Infralife systems of the MÁV Group: L2 and L3 operational tasks, including proactive operations, bug fixing, user support, extended bug fixing, consulting for operators, operator training with documentation, and change management (development) for compliance with legal requirements. The estimated contract value is net 676,000,000.00 HUF, with a minimum call-off obligation of 70% of the framework amount, i.e., net 473,200,000.00 HUF.
