Operation and management of the L'Ichali restaurant at Mémorial ACTe, including event catering services: provision of a chef and brigade, supply, preparation, and service of meals (snacking/cafeteria, lunches, dinners, Sunday brunches, musical evenings, literary cafés), cleaning and maintenance of premises and equipment. Restaurant revenues are collected for the Mémorial ACTe revenue management by designated personnel of the contractor. Remuneration consists of a monthly fixed fee with a minor variable component, a unit price list for catering services, and a unit price list for additional restaurant services. Occupation of public domain is subject to a fee. Duration: 12 months, renewable once (maximum 24 months); maximum amount: 1,200,000 € net.
