Delivery of medical devices for invasive cardiological procedures: The offered medical devices must have approvals, certificates, and registration in accordance with legal provisions and comply with the requirements of the Act of April 7, 2022, on medical devices. Equivalent solutions are permissible. Goods, if the order is subject to the IZM measure, must not originate more than 50% of the total contract value from the People's Republic of China; subcontracting to entities from the PRC is not permitted for more than 50% of the total contract value. Evaluation criteria for lots 1-4, 7-10: Price (80%), additional partial delivery time (20%).
