Printing, enveloping, and distribution services for paper letter shipments as a complete delivery: an estimated annual volume of approximately 13 million letters in 2026, with an expected annual decrease of approximately 30% thereafter. The service includes form design services, associated access rights to a material management system for designated users of the Tax Administration, printing services, and a domestic letter shipment-specific tracking service. The Tax Administration aims to utilize the tracking service as widely as possible. Contract commencement on 1.12.2026, indefinite term. One (1) main supplier and one (1) backup supplier will be selected.
