Aptitude diagnostic consulting services: Execution of selection procedures for GAD career paths (middle, higher, senior foreign service) with 1 written and 1 oral procedure per calendar year for training/study cohorts of 30-100 persons (500-2,700 applications per procedure), approx. 3 internal selection procedures for further qualification/promotion, annually up to 10 civil servants for lateral entry into the higher service, approx. 3-5 selection procedures for lecturers at the Foreign Service Academy. For salaried employees: typically 2 oral procedures for approx. 20-30 foreign language assistant positions with overseas deployment (200-300 applications), approx. 25 procedures for about 100 positions in clerical/office administration (technical, non-technical, IT), approx. 15 procedures for 20 specialist positions (technical, non-technical, IT), approx. 10 selection procedures for drivers, house and order service, telephone exchange, caretakers, and annually approx. 8 selection procedures at the BfAA for general administrative service or specialized workplaces.
