Electrical installation works for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection, comprising all services of KG400: 1 medium-voltage system, 2 transformers of 1,250 KVA each, 3 emergency power systems including exhaust pipes and 11 diesel tanks, 2 load resistors of 250 kW each, 2 central battery systems, 2 UPS systems, photovoltaics with approx. 794 glass modules, low-voltage switchgear (3 NSHV, 3 main distributors, 111 sub-distributors), approx. 6,000 sockets, approx. 18 floor boxes, underfloor ducting approx. 5,635 m including approx. 622 underfloor outlets, approx. 950 ceiling fans, approx. 154,944 m cables/lines, busbar systems from 160 to 3200 A (approx. 2,585 m), 18 electromobility connections, approx. 10,455 m installation systems, lighting systems (approx. 6,597 general lighting units, approx. 2,817 safety lighting units), lightning protection system (approx. 2,500 m insulated down conductor, approx. 29 insulated air terminals), preventive fire protection and fire stopping systems, core drillings/slotting works (approx. 310 units / approx. 90 m), earthworks/cable trench (M25-50 approx. 3,000 m, DN 100-140 approx. 550 m), 24 cable shafts, empty conduit installation outdoors (M25-50 approx. 5,250 m, DN 100-140 approx. 3,750 m), approx. 206 outdoor lighting units. Maintenance services are part of the tender. Duration: 4 terms. Execution periods: Start no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, End 30.11.2029.
