Maintenance services are included for 4 years. Execution starts 10/2026, delivery times from 19.10.2026 to 22.03.2027, installation from 02.02.2027 to 28.05.2027, remaining services until 08.11.2027, interim maintenance until 31.08.2027, overall completion 08/2028. The project aims for a BNB Silver certification, requiring the contractor to adhere to requirements regarding low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance, and to submit monthly site inspection reports. FSC or PEFC-CoC trade certificates are required for wood products.
