Fire extinguishing systems for extension building of the Federal Ministry for Environment

Installation of fire extinguishing systems for the 7-story extension building of the Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, Stresemannstraße 128-130, including underground parking and two building sections A+B: sufficient number of fire extinguishers, a wet-pipe system for all stairwells with a central water tank, pump pressure boosting system, and extraction points (e.g., wall hydrants), as well as an autonomous oxygen reduction system for server and backup server rooms in the basement. Water extinguishing systems with wet risers, water tanks and pump systems, and the oxygen reduction system are included. Contribution to BNB certification (Gold for the building, Silver for outdoor facilities) is required. Requirements for low waste, noise, and dust, and compliance with the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance must be observed. Material requirements according to quality level 5 (Annex 01) and declaration of all materials (Annex 02, Excel, technical data sheets, safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EG) are required. Service commencement no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, duration 36 months, completion 30.11.2029.
