Electrical, Telecommunications Technology and Building Automation for New 2-Field Sports Hall Schwerin
Electrical Engineering (VE 440): Delivery and installation of the main power supply, consisting of 1 transformer meter cabinet, 1 main distribution, and 1 sub-distribution. This includes 800m routing systems (cable trays, risers, electrical installation ducts, installation pipes), approx. 5,100m cabling, 118 installation devices (flush-mounted + surface-mounted sockets, light switches, CEE sockets, presence detectors), and 184 LED luminaires (recessed ceiling lights, recessed downlights, surface-mounted FR lights, surface-mounted light channels, suspended ball-proof surface-mounted luminaires, single-battery safety lights, single-battery escape route signs). A lightning protection system (internal and external lightning protection, above ground only) with 14 disconnectors, 480 m conductor Rd 8 - Al, 25 m high-voltage insulated conductor, 3 variable end termination sections, 1 potential equalization system, 3 small distributors for surge protection, and 3 stainless steel feed-through roof penetrations with annular gap seals. Control and operation of the smoke extraction system with 1 RWA control panel, 12V batteries, interface modules, optical smoke detectors, operating points, ventilation buttons, and wind-rain sensor. Superordinate fire and sound protection measures include 42 EI90 fire barriers, 100 closures of openings with mineral wool, and 20 drillings. Measurements, commissioning, operator training, and revision and as-built documentation are included. Telecommunications Technology (VE 450): Delivery and installation of 1 intercom system with a modular outdoor station and acoustic and optical signaling devices. Installation of 2 emergency call sets for barrier-free WCs, 1 radio clock, 1 public address system (1 call station, 2 sound projectors 200W, approx. 40 loudspeakers 6W, approx. 800m cabling), 1 house alarm system (6 push-button detectors, 4 bus-powered signaling devices, approx. 500m cabling), 1 intrusion detection system (4 motion detectors, 1 transmission unit, approx. 800m cabling), and 1 structured cabling (1 data cabinet 22HE, 1 patch panel 24 ports, approx. 20 installation sockets, approx. 1,000m cabling). Measurement of structured cabling, commissioning, operator training, and revision and as-built documentation are included. Building Automation (VE 480): Software implementation, cross-trade control, and technical integration of all automation components according to DIN EN ISO 16484 and VDI-Richtlinie 3814. Control and monitoring of the object via 1 central automation cabinet with 1 automation station (integrated web server). Integration of 1 touch panel into the switch cabinet door for on-site operation, setpoint entry, and fault display. Connection of autonomous systems (KG 410 to KG 450) via KNX, Modbus RTU, and potential-free contacts. Software-based, sun-position-dependent SMI sun protection control for 11 external venetian blinds, processing local weather data, room temperatures, and time programs. Setup of a triple-segmented DALI lighting control via presence detectors with fixed dimming values and 1 room control unit for the sports hall. Integration of safety and reporting systems: recording of emergency calls from barrier-free WCs for direct control of signal lights and provision of potential-free contacts for fire and fault alarms to KG 450 via binary outputs/coupling relays. Software parameterization, functional and loop tests, commissioning, operator training, and creation of complete revision and as-built documentation are included. Data point framework: 47 physical inputs/outputs, 59 communicative data points (bus interfaces), further items as per the tender documents.
