Ventilation and Refrigeration Technology for New 2-Field Sports Hall, Schwerin

Ventilation systems for the new 2-field sports hall of the Catholic Niels-Stensen School in Schwerin: delivery and installation of a central supply and exhaust air system with heat recovery, including air ducts, air outlets, silencers, volume flow controllers, fire protection components, and associated ancillary services. This includes 1 central supply and exhaust air unit (3,300 m³/h), approx. 166 m² ventilation ducts, approx. 190 m spiral-seam ducts, 30 silencers, 23 volume flow controllers, 14 fire dampers/compartmentations, 46 air outlets, and 4 duct fans. The service also includes adjustment, commissioning, initial hygiene inspection according to VDI 6022, expert acceptance, and revision documentation according to DIN EN 12097, DIN EN 16798, DIN 18032, VDI 2081, VDI 2087, VDI 6022. Refrigeration systems for the same sports hall: delivery and installation of a split refrigeration system for cooling technical rooms, including outdoor and indoor units, refrigerant lines, control technology, cabling, fire protection measures, and all necessary ancillary services. This includes 1 split outdoor unit (approx. 5 kW), 2 split indoor units, approx. 34 m refrigerant lines, and 2 fire protection collars. The service also includes commissioning, operator instruction, and creation of revision documentation according to DIN EN 378, DIN 4109, DIN 4140, VDI 2055, and the F-Gas Regulation.
