Heat Supply for New Construction of 2-Field Sports Hall, Schwerin

Heating systems for the new construction of a 2-field sports hall at the Catholic Niels-Stensen School in Schwerin: Delivery and installation of heat generation and distribution systems, including piping networks, pumps, fittings, control and safety devices, thermal insulation, and fastening, sound, and fire protection measures. The system is equipped with an automatic pressure maintenance, degassing, and refilling device, as well as measurement, control, and regulation technology. Delivery and installation of underfloor heating in sanitary, changing, and ancillary rooms, connection of the client-provided sports hall underfloor heating. Installation of additional fan convectors and heating coils for the ventilation system. Performance of pressure and leak tests, commissioning, adjustment, operator training, and creation of revision and as-built documentation. Quantities: 1 unit district heating plate heat exchanger 68 kW, 2 units membrane expansion vessels, approx. 470 m copper heating pipes DN 15-40, approx. 470 m pipe insulation, 7 units high-efficiency circulation pumps, 1 unit heating circuit distributor with central control, 4 units heating circuit distributors for underfloor heating, approx. 1,970 m PE-Xe underfloor heating pipe, approx. 360 m² underfloor heating surfaces in ancillary and sanitary rooms, 4 units fan convectors, approx. 100 units fittings and valves, 1 unit pressure maintenance, degassing, and refilling device, 1 unit heat meter, 1 unit heating buffer storage system.
