The validity of benefits must be checked daily. Sports and culture benefits must comply with tax-exempt requirements, with no employee self-payment or fees. Lunch benefits must comply with legal requirements regarding valuation and self-payment. There is no commitment to specific purchase volumes; employee numbers and benefit scope may vary. One supplier will be selected. The contract is open-ended and terminable. Benefits must be available from the first business day of 2027.
