Urban Planning Architect Services for the City of Lohja 2026 - 2028

Urban Planning Architect Services: Consulting and production of planning materials such as map designs, drawings, planning reports, impact assessments, responses, reference plans, planning frameworks, visualizations, and 3D analyses. This also includes hourly work for partial components of the planning process. The City of Lohja has several general and detailed plans, and other land use plans, mainly in the ribbon city area, currently underway. Planning for the Länsirata station area is also in progress. One person is sought, supported by a maximum of two subcontractors/assistants. The person must be an architect, landscape architect, or hold another higher university degree in urban planning, and possess the qualification for plan preparation as defined by the Land Use and Building Act. A framework agreement will be concluded with two suppliers for a two-year period, with an option for a one-year extension. Individual assignments will be distributed among suppliers based on priority. The client does not commit to a specific order volume. Assignments exceeding 10,000 EUR or deviating significantly from the usual scope may be tendered separately outside the framework agreement. The client can also tender similar studies during the framework agreement's validity from other suppliers if special expertise is needed or the consultant's schedule does not meet the client's goals. Award criteria are the economically most advantageous tender, with price 30% and quality 70%.
