Electrical Engineering Planning for General Renovation and Partial New Construction of Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium St. Ottilien

Electrical engineering planning (service phase § 55 HOAI) for the general renovation of Kloster St. Katharina and the partial new construction of Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium in St. Ottilien: phased award starting from service phase 1. Kloster St. Katharina, a listed single monument, will undergo general renovation and be used for school purposes. The partial new construction for the gymnasium includes a gross volume (BRI) of approximately 22,754.60 m², with the existing school building largely demolished. The gymnasium currently has over 680 students and 60 teachers. Services include phased award of service phases 1 (basic evaluation) and 2 (preliminary design), 3 (design planning) and 4 (approval planning), 5 (execution planning), 6 (preparation for award) and 7 (assistance with award), as well as 8 (construction supervision and documentation) and 9 (object support). The maximum budget is gross 46.8 million EUR (cost groups 200 to 700) as a binding cost ceiling.
