HVAC specialist planning (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary) for the general renovation of St. Katharina Monastery and the partial new construction of the Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium in St. Ottilien: Services according to § 55 HOAI, phased award starting from service phase (LPh) 1. The partial new construction has a gross volume (BRI) of approx. 22,754.60 m³. The maximum budget is gross 46.8 million EUR (cost groups 200 to 700) as a binding cost cap. Services include: Phase 1: Basic evaluation (LPh 1) and preliminary design (LPh 2); Phase 2: Design planning (LPh 3) and approval planning (LPh 4); Phase 3: Execution planning (LPh 5), preparation for award (LPh 6) and assistance with award (LPh 7); Phase 4: Construction supervision and documentation (LPh 8) and object support (LPh 9).
