Structural engineering (service phase § 51 HOAI) for the general renovation of the former St. Katharina Monastery and the partial new construction of the Rhabanus-Maurus-Gymnasium in St. Ottilien: The former St. Katharina Monastery, a listed individual monument, will be generally renovated and used for school purposes. A partial new building for the gymnasium with a gross volume (BRI) of approximately 22,754.60 m² will be constructed, with the existing school building largely demolished. Services are awarded in stages starting from service phase (LPh) 2: Stage 1 includes preliminary design (LPh 2); Stage 2 includes design planning (LPh 3) and approval planning (LPh 4); Stage 3 includes execution planning (LPh 5) and preparation for award (LPh 6); Stage 4 includes special services for construction supervision (LPh 8). A maximum budget of gross 46.8 million EUR (cost groups 200 to 700) is set as a binding cost ceiling.
