Municipal Waste Management for Residential Properties 2027-2028

Municipal Waste Management: Organization of collection, transport, and recovery of selectively collected, biodegradable, and unsorted municipal waste from residential properties in the Pyskowice Municipality for the years 2027-2028. Waste must be managed in accordance with resolutions of the Pyskowice City Council, the Polish Waste Act (Dz. U. z 2023 r. 1587), the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), environmental protection requirements, and the Economic Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. Mixed municipal waste and bio-waste must be delivered to a municipal installation. The service must comply with environmental protection and sanitary regulations. For execution, a minimum of 2 vehicles for municipal waste (including 1 with a closed-loop water system for on-site container washing and disinfection), 1 vehicle for selectively collected waste, and 1 vehicle without compacting function (with gantry body) must be used. Vehicles must meet at least the Euro 5 emission standard. If the fleet is expanded, at least 9% of the vehicles must be "clean vehicles" as per the electromobility and alternative fuels act.
