Development of a Green Area Cadastre: Creation of geoinformatic analyses and databases for the tree population and green areas of the city of Pécs, including the acquisition of tree heights and crown extents using high-resolution aerial and mobile laser scanner data (LiDAR) for a central urban area of 62.2 km². This involves mapping dust retention capacity, storm risk analyses, creating surface cover maps, and surveying green area objects in cemeteries. Additionally, software development for the further development of the existing "Zöldterületi Kataszter" (Green Area Cadastre) geoinformatic system with specific functions such as the development of the "topoXpress" application, data validation, support for tree planting, district filters, DXF display, Windows proxy support, review of utility protection zones, integration of reports, and web application modernization.

Electrical Planning for Fire Protection Measures at Federal Police Site Deggendorf

Planning services for technical equipment, system group 4 (heavy current systems) according to § 55 HOAI: for the modernization and repair of structural fire protection measures at buildings 2a to 2h and K of the Federal Police site in Deggendorf, covering an area of approx. 43,000 m². The service includes the review and adoption of existing fire protection certificates, the execution and detailed planning of electrical systems considering fire protection requirements (fire compartments, fire barriers, escape and rescue routes), the planning and adaptation of fire alarm systems, smoke extraction systems, and other safety-relevant systems, including modification of the existing fire alarm system with internal alarming. Furthermore, it includes coordination with building authorities, fire department, expert inspectors, user (Federal Police), object planning, and HVAC planning, the preparation of documents required for acceptance (as-built and inventory plans, inspection and acceptance protocols, defect lists), participation in acceptance by expert inspectors, and ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and technical standards. Planning is to be carried out by expert planners with experience in electrical fire protection for buildings of building class 5 with special construction requirements. The scope includes HOAI service phases 1 to 9. Commissioning will be phased (Service Phase 1: LP 1-4; Service Phase 2: LP 5; Service Phase 3: LP 6-7; Service Phase 4: LP 8; Service Phase 5: LP 9). There is no entitlement to commission all service phases. The buildings remain in operation during the measures.
