Development and implementation of an AI-powered city portal system in Bielsko-Biała

Development and implementation of an AI-powered city portal system: includes the design, execution, and deployment of an AI-based Chatbot with live chat functionality, integrated with the QMS queuing system and the Zgłoszenia BB system. This Chatbot will be implemented within the Main City Portal, the Public Information Bulletin, and optionally the City Council Portal. Also included is the design, execution, and deployment of an AI-based Voicebot, integrated with the QMS queuing system on the contracting authority's hotline. The restructuring of the Main City Portal involves the implementation of a multisite architecture, along with the design, execution, and comprehensive implementation of content from the services https://visitbb.pl, https://bbosir.bielsko.pl, https://komunikacja.bielsko-biala.pl, https://strazmiejska.bielsko.pl, and https://pelnakultura.info (implementation on any CMS is permitted). Additionally, necessary modifications and the development of new modules within the Main City Portal and the multisite architecture are required for seamless integration with the Chatbot. An option right covers the restructuring of the City Council Portal (https://rm.bielsko-biala.pl) as an independent website, including the Chatbot implementation.
