Development and implementation of an AI-based Chatbot with live chat function and an AI-based Voicebot: The Chatbot integrates with the QMS queuing system and the Zgłoszenia BB system, and is implemented within the Main City Portal, Public Information Bulletin, and optionally the City Council Portal. The Voicebot integrates with the QMS queuing system on the contracting authority's hotline. The restructuring of the Main City Portal includes the implementation of a multisite architecture, design, development, and comprehensive implementation of content from the services visitbb.pl, bbosir.bielsko.pl, komunikacja.bielsko-biala.pl, strazmiejska.bielsko.pl, and pelnakultura.info (implementation on any CMS permitted), as well as the modification of existing and development of new modules to enable seamless operation with the Chatbot. An option exists for the restructuring of the City Council Portal (rm.bielsko-biala.pl) as an independent website with Chatbot implementation.
