Construction of a leisure and exercise area for the Saalhausener Straße/Williamstraße sports facility

Landscape construction works for the creation of a leisure and exercise area at the Saalhausener Straße sports facility: Removal of 1,320 m² grass and herbaceous layer, topsoil removal of 80 m³ with on-site storage, loosening and storing of 620 m³ soil, clearing of 20 m² shrub areas, incorporation of 90 m³ soil improvement, installation of 200 m³ base layers and approx. 120 m² base layers, construction of edgings from 340 m steel band, 130 m low kerb, and 70 m high kerb. Construction of sports surfaces with 1 beach volleyball court, table tennis, and Teqball, reinstallation of a Calisthenics facility, construction of one play equipment and other small installations, installation of a water-bound path surface and gravel lawn, as well as planting works for shrub areas and trees. Execution begins on 26.10.2026 and ends on 29.10.2027, with earthworks, gardening, and landscaping works to be completed by the end of April 2027, followed by completion maintenance from May 2027. Proof for plastic surfacing (lab/suitability test according to DIN EN 1177, environmental compatibility test according to RAL-GZ 943-3 Sec. 3-2.5, quality certificate according to RAL-GZ 943/3) must be submitted upon request. A detailed cost breakdown (Urkalkulation) according to Formblatt 223 with a breakdown of unit prices for all positions must be submitted upon request. Suitability must be proven by prequalification or a self-declaration including turnover figures, at least 3 references (2 of which for sports and play facilities with seamless plastic surfacing, each min. €250,000.00 net), employee numbers, chamber and commercial register entries, and declarations on taxes and social security.
