Framework Agreement for Directional Signs

Framework Agreement for Directional Signs: Supply and installation of directional sign panels, renewal and new setup of static signage technology, as well as dismantling and disposal of existing signage in Dresden. The contract duration is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029. A framework agreement will be concluded with one bidder, with a maximum total value of 225,000 EUR gross and individual orders up to 24,000 EUR gross. Qualification proofs include pre-qualification or a self-declaration of expertise, capability, and reliability, information on exclusion grounds, taxes, social security contributions, insolvency, register entries, professional association membership, annual turnover, at least 3 references from the last 5 years, available workforce, and subcontractors. For shortlisted bidders, a tax exemption certificate according to § 48b EStG, business registration, reference certificates, and information on the average number of employees over the last 3 calendar years must be submitted. Additionally, proof of qualification for safety work at road construction sites according to MVAS is required.
