Framework agreement for the supply of magazine subscriptions for the libraries of the State Capital Dresden: 625 different magazine subscriptions. Term 1 year (01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027), with automatic annual extension up to a maximum of 31.12.2030. Required documents: declaration of business registration or re-registration; turnover for comparable services in the last 3 financial years; at least 2 references for comparable services in the last 3 years, including service description, client, contact details, service period, and contract value; information on the scope of services to be subcontracted; declaration on exclusion grounds according to § 16 para. 4 and 5 VOL/A and § 2 para. 1 VOL/A. Payments are made according to § 17 VOL/B. No security deposits are required. The award criterion is the lowest price. Further items as per the tender documents.
