Installation of an ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system on railway lines no. 133 and 91 in the section Kraków Główny – Podłęże as a design-and-build project: Preparation of preliminary documentation (project concept, design data preparation rules, operational scenarios, railway traffic management rules, test cases), project documentation for construction works, technical-operational documentation according to Ie-100a, as-built documentation including geodetic inventory, execution of all construction and preparatory works, conformity assessment of the structural subsystem "Control – trackside devices" at all stages, and obtaining the operating permit for the structural subsystem. The implementation period is 29 months from contract signing, with completion of all works, submission of as-built documentation, and certification documents within 20 months, and obtaining operating permits and final and operational acceptance within 29 months. Optional services include the extension of scope on railway line no. 91 in the section Kraków Bieżanów – Podłęże (from km 10.918 to km 19.880) including RBC – RBC Handover (to RBC Tarnów), to be executed within 18 months of activation, and the introduction of changes to installed ERTMS/ETCS Level 2 system devices to ensure RBC – RBC Handover function with ETCS Level 2 devices on tangential lines, to be executed within 4 months of activation. further items as per the tender documents.
