Expert Consulting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Project at Stadtwerke Bielefeld

Expert consulting to support an Identity and Access Management (IAM) project for Stadtwerke Bielefeld: Provision of two consultants for the implementation phase, divided into an IAM Management Consulting role (maximum 440 person-days or 3,520 hours) and an IAM Process Consulting role (maximum 385 person-days or 3,080 hours). The IAM Management Consulting includes support for organizational integration of IAM, further development of governance structures, definition and staffing of roles and responsibilities, assessment of organizational impacts, integration of IAM into existing security and governance structures, preparation of decision-making bases, coordination with stakeholders, further development of the organizational operating model, advice on regulatory requirements, development of an implementation strategy for policies, processes, and the tool solution, coordination of content dependencies with other projects and line initiatives, and support in the vendor-independent selection of an IAM tool solution. The IAM Process Consulting includes analysis of existing processes, development of processes for the lifecycle of digital identities, design of Joiner Mover Leaver processes, development and structuring of a role and authorization model, structuring of processes for granting and changing access rights, support for application integration, design of recertification processes for authorizations, analysis of existing authorization structures, creation of technical concepts and process documentation, support for the introduction of processes and the tool solution, technical support for required ancillary services and cooperation obligations, and development of test cases. Hybrid service delivery is permitted, with the client determining the project-related on-site presence requirement in Bielefeld, especially for project kick-off, workshops, steering committees, and coordination meetings. There is no minimum purchase obligation.
