Electrical engineering planning for the renovation of the 4-field sports hall Nassau-Oranien-Halle in Dillenburg: fundamental and energetic renovation required; conversion of lighting to LED luminaires in the hall and ancillary rooms; renewal of complete piping for drinking water and heating lines in sanitary areas; modernization of exhaust air systems in sanitary and shower areas; modernization of the hall's ventilation system and heating; renovation/renewal of the roof surface including roof structure; review and upgrading of accessibility; installation of photovoltaic systems; implementation in three construction phases, with the hall largely remaining in operation; planned submission of building permit 2027, construction start 2028, completion 2030; service profiles according to Part 4, Section 2, HOAI, plant groups (4) and (5) according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI. An adjacent 1-field gymnasium is not part of the measure.
