Building planning for the fundamental and energetic renovation of the 4-field sports hall Nassau-Oranien-Halle at Wilhelm-von-Oranien-Schule in Dillenburg: The renovation includes the conversion of lighting to LED in the hall and ancillary rooms, the renewal of drinking water and heating pipework as well as exhaust air systems in the sanitary and shower areas, the modernization of the ventilation system and heating, the renovation/renewal of the roof surface and roof construction, the review and potential upgrade of accessibility, and the possible installation of photovoltaic systems. An adjacent 1-field gymnasium is not part of the measure. Implementation will occur in an estimated three construction phases, with the hall remaining largely in operation. The submission of the building permit application is planned for 2027, construction start for 2028, and completion for 2030. Services are to be provided according to HOAI § 33 ff, Part 3, Section 1.
