Structural engineering for the renovation of the 4-field sports hall (Nassau-Oranien-Halle) at the Wilhelm-von-Oranien-Schule in Dillenburg: The hall requires fundamental and energetic renovation. The renovation includes achieving higher energy efficiency, installing photovoltaic systems, converting lighting to LED luminaires, renewing drinking water and heating pipes in sanitary areas, and exhaust air systems in sanitary and shower areas. Furthermore, the ventilation system and heating will be modernized, the roof surface including the roof structure will be renovated/renewed, and accessibility will be checked and upgraded if necessary. The construction will be carried out in three phases, with the hall largely remaining in operation. The building permit application is expected in 2027, construction start in 2028, and completion in 2030. The service includes structural engineering planning according to Part 4, Section 1, HOAI.
