Specialist HVAC and plumbing planning: Planning services according to Part 4, Section 2 HOAI for plant groups (1), (2), and (3) according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI. The service relates to the fundamental and energy-efficient renovation of the Nassau-Oranien-Halle, including the installation of photovoltaic systems, conversion of lighting to LED, renewal of drinking water and heating pipes in sanitary areas, renewal of exhaust air systems in sanitary and shower areas, modernization of the ventilation system and heating, renovation/renewal of the roof surface and roof structure, and review and upgrade of accessibility. Construction implementation is planned in three phases from 2028 to 2030, with the building permit application in 2027.
