Specialized ELT AG 4-5-6 Planning Framework Agreement for Region 18

Framework agreement for specialized ELT AG 4-5-6 planning: Services for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance in research facilities, laboratories, and office buildings of the Fraunhofer Institutes in Region 18 (Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Waischenfeld, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bayreuth, Münchberg). Construction measures will predominantly take place in existing buildings and during ongoing operations. Total costs for cost groups 200-700 (excluding initial equipment) are a maximum of 999,999.00 € net per call-off. Fees are calculated according to HOAI for service phases 2-4 and 5-8, fee zones 2 and 3, basic fee rate. The base term is 2 years with an optional extension of 1 x 2 years. The maximum cumulative order volume for all individual call-offs is 620,000 € plus statutory VAT. Ancillary costs are according to RIFT-Bund, conversion surcharge according to AHO publication series "HOAI - Planning and Construction in Existing Buildings", with existing building substance already compensated by an increased conversion surcharge.
