Framework Agreement Building Design for Fraunhofer Institutes Region 18

Framework agreement for building and interior design: services for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance. The majority of construction measures will be carried out in existing buildings and during ongoing operations; existing buildings are special constructions, used as research facilities, laboratory buildings, and office buildings. Fraunhofer Institutes in Region 18 are authorized to call off services at locations Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Waischenfeld, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bayreuth, Münchberg. Total costs KG 200-700 (excluding initial equipment) are a maximum of 999,999.00 € net per call-off. This is a fixed-price contract with fees according to HOAI based on RBBau standard contracts, phased commissioning of service phases 2-4 and 5-8 HOAI, fee zone 3 and 4, basic fee rate. The basic term is 2 years with an optional extension of 1 x 2 years. The maximum cumulative contract volume is 700,000 € plus statutory VAT. Incidental costs are according to RIFT-Bund, conversion surcharge according to AHO publication series "HOAI - Planning and Building in Existing Structures", with existing building fabric to be processed already covered by an increased conversion surcharge.
