HVAC Planning for Framework Agreement of Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft Region 18

Framework agreement for HVAC planning: Services for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance on existing buildings used as research facilities, laboratories, and office buildings. Locations include Erlangen, Nuremberg, Fürth, Waischenfeld, Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Bayreuth, Münchberg. Each individual call-off is limited to a maximum of 999,999.00 € net. The fixed-price contract provides for a phased commissioning of HOAI service phases 2-4 and 5-8, based on fee zones 2 and 3 with a basic fee rate according to HOAI and RBBau standard contracts. The basic term is 2 years with an optional extension of 1 x 2 years. The maximum cumulative order volume is 890,000 € plus statutory VAT. Ancillary costs are based on RIFT-Bund, conversion surcharges on AHO publication series "HOAI - Planning and Building in Existing Structures", with existing building fabric compensation included in the increased conversion surcharge.
