Framework agreement for HVAC planning: Services for new constructions, extensions, conversions, modernizations, repairs, and maintenance on existing buildings used as research facilities, laboratories, and office buildings. The basic term is 2 years with an optional extension of 1 x 2 years. The maximum cumulative order volume is 890,000 € plus statutory VAT.
