Specialized Planning for ELT Technical Equipment for Mainbernheim Primary School Extension

Specialized planning for Electrical, Lighting, and Telecommunications (ELT) technical equipment for plant groups 4, 5, and 6 (planning services according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, §§ 53 ff): phased commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 9, with only stage 1 covering service phases 1 and 2 including associated special services initially commissioned; further stages according to the HAV-KOM engineering contract model. Special services include advising the client and assisting with funding procedures (planning, stage 1, according to FAG, GTA), assisting with or contributing to the proof of use (execution, stage 4, according to FAG, GTA), and inventory of existing ELT systems and components in service phase 2 (HOAI Annex 15). Plant group 8 is included in plant groups 4 and 5 for the planned low-tech approach and is not considered a separate group. Commissioning is subject to the availability of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to further stages or special services. According to HOAI 2021, no minimum or maximum rates are binding; the fee is determined by agreement or the basic fee rate.
