Building and Interior Design for Mainbernheim Primary School Extension and Open All-Day School Expansion

Architectural services for building and interior design according to HOAI 2021 Part 3, Section 1, §§ 34 ff.: phased commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 9, initially only phase 1 with LPH 1+2 including associated special services; further phases according to the HAV-KOM architect contract template. Special services include advising the client and assisting with funding procedures (planning, phase 1, according to FAG / FAZR and the state funding program for all-day school expansion) and assisting with and contributing to the proof of use (execution, phase 4). The application is submitted by the client. An initial concept for the spatial and functional implementation is available; the goal-setting phase according to BGB is completed. No planning services according to HOAI have been rendered yet. Commissioning is subject to the availability of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to commissioning or further phases/special services. The fee tables of HOAI 2021 show orientation values; the fee is determined by agreement, whereby according to § 7 HOAI, a higher or lower fee than the orientation values can be agreed upon. Without an agreement, the basic fee rate applies.
