Specialized Planning for HVAC Technical Equipment for Mainbernheim Primary School Extension

Specialized Planning for Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary (HVAC) Technical Equipment for Equipment Groups 1, 2, and 3: staged commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 2, §§ 53 ff. Initially, Stage 1 will be commissioned, covering service phases 1 and 2, including associated special services. These special services include advising the client and assisting with funding procedures (planning, Stage 1, according to FAG, GTA), assisting with or contributing to the proof of use (execution, Stage 4, according to FAG, GTA), an inventory of existing HVAC systems and components in LPH 2 (HOAI Annex 15), and an economic efficiency analysis for heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems according to VDI 2067. Further stages will follow according to the HAV-KOM engineering contract template. Equipment group 8 is included in equipment groups 2/3 for the planned low-tech approach and is not considered separately. Commissioning is subject to the availability of financial and funding resources; there is no legal claim to further commissions. Fees are determined by agreement; if no agreement is made, the basic fee rate for basic services applies.
