Structural Engineering Planning for Extension and Expansion of Mainbernheim Primary School

Structural engineering planning (HOAI 2021 Part 4, Section 1, §§ 51 ff) for the extension and expansion of Mainbernheim Primary School: staged commissioning of basic services for service phases 1 to 6, initially stage 1 with LPH 1 and 2 including special services. Further stages will follow according to the HAV-KOM engineering contract template. Special services include the preparation of structural fire protection evidence (LPH 4) for new construction, local construction supervision and engineering control of rebar inspection (LPH 8), optional local construction supervision and engineering control for timber construction/timber connections (LPH 8), and consulting services for conversions and adjustments to existing structures. The binding to minimum and maximum rates of HOAI 2021 has been lifted; fees are determined by agreement, with higher or lower fees than the orientation values of the fee schedules being permissible according to § 7 HOAI. Without an agreement, the basic fee rate applies for basic services.
