Electrical Engineering Planning for Extension Building and Triple Sports Hall Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium

Electrical Engineering Planning (ELT) for the construction of an extension building with an integrated triple sports hall at Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium in Freising: Services for service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI, phased commissioning starting with service phases 1 and 2. The project includes the demolition of building section "Bauteil B, West" (built 1959), the multi-purpose hall with swimming pool and the double sports hall (built 1972), as well as the caretaker's house with 4 residential units and garages. The planning involves the development of a holistic energy supply concept for the new building, the sports hall, and existing buildings, the investigation of maximum roof area utilization for photovoltaic systems with green roofs, and an economically optimized building technology concept. Not included is the specialized room planning including equipment, but exclusively the necessary technical connections and interfaces such as supply and disposal lines, media connections, and electrical and utility connection points. Construction costs (cost groups 200-600) are estimated at gross approx. 23 million Euro. Planning is expected to start in October 2026, site setup in Q1 2029, and commissioning in Q2 2031.
