Specialized Planning for Technical Equipment HLS for Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium Extension

Specialized planning for technical equipment (HLS) for the new extension building with integrated triple sports hall for the Josef-Hofmiller-Gymnasium in Freising: Planning phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI § 55, commissioned in stages, starting with planning phases 1 and 2. The project involves the demolition of existing buildings (swimming and sports hall, building part "Bauteil B, West" built 1959, multi-purpose hall with swimming pool and double sports hall built 1972, and the caretaker's house with 4 residential units and garages) and the construction of a school extension with a triple sports hall and science classrooms, plus the reorganization of outdoor facilities and sports areas. The planning includes the development of a holistic energy supply concept for the new building, sports hall, and existing buildings, the investigation of maximum use of roof areas for photovoltaic systems with green roofs, and an economically optimized building technology concept. Different usage units such as the triple sports hall, classrooms and specialized classrooms, science departments, administration and teacher areas, as well as necessary access, common, and outdoor areas are to be considered. Specialized room planning (equipment, furnishings) is not included, but the planning of technical connections and interfaces, supply and disposal lines, media connections, and necessary electrical and utility connection points is. A drainage, retention, and dewatering concept must be developed. Demolition and new construction will occur during ongoing school operations; interim and provisional measures must be considered in the planning. Estimated construction costs (cost groups 200-600) are approximately 23 million Euro gross. Planning is expected to start in October 2026, construction site setup in Q1 2029, and commissioning is planned for Q2 2031. Special services are available as optional call-offs.
