Facade works: 9,100 m² curtain precast facade in timber construction with timber post-and-rail window constructions and external timber cladding; 1,500 m² timber post-and-rail facade constructions with glazing, floor-to-ceiling; 100 m² aluminum post-and-rail facade constructions with glazing in front of reinforced concrete walls; 290 m² steel post-and-rail facade constructions with glazing, floor-to-ceiling, fire resistance class F90; 31 units aluminum exterior doors, 3 units folding gate systems, and 2 units revolving doors; 2,000 m² plasterboard curtain walls on the interior sides of the facades, partly with timber cladding, partition wall and fire protection connections; 270 m² curtain aluminum cassette facade in the basement (stair exits); 1,700 linear meters escape balconies in steel construction with cantilevers, grating coverings, steel sheet railings, timber panels, and ball-catching nets; 2 units (16 linear meters) bridge construction in steel; 700 linear meters steel sheet railings as fall protection at roof edges; 1,700 linear meters sun protection works (external blinds); 100 m² external thermal insulation composite system works on external shafts; 1,400 m² aluminum louver suspended ceiling in the outdoor area including substructure and cladding; cleaning and maintenance works.
